Juicy and Tasty Baked Honey and Cumin Leg of Lamb

This delicious baked leg of lamb recipe is perfect for BBQ and at your home’s oven

Got a craving for a tasty & juicy meat dish? This Baked Honey and Cumin Leg of Lamb is perfect !

The ingredients you need are:
– Boned and butterflied Leg of lamb, as even in thickness as possible.

For the Marinade:
– Coconut cream
– 1 Spoon of olive oil
– 2 Tablespoons of honey
– 5 claws of garlic
– Chilly flakes
– Sea salt
Cumin seeds
– A lemon juice from 1 small lemon

This will give it lovely crust on the top.

Put the lamb on the grill net with the fat side down.
Spill the marinade on the top of the meat, so the marinade will go all over the lamb.

Put it into the oven on 220 degrees for 30-35 minutes (for Medium-rare lamb; tune it according your own preference)

Take dish out of the oven, cover it in tin foil and let it rest a bit, in order to make the meat juicier and tender.

This is an excellent BBQ dish but I like it in the oven, because you can eat it any time of the year!

You can serve this dish with various side dish options, such as Quinoa salad, roasted vegetables, vegetables salad or gluten free bread.

Slice lamb into thin wedges and u r ready to serve !
