Water is an essential component of life and comprises more than 70% of our entire bodies.
In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle & diet, one must drink at least 2 Liters of water a day but for many of us, drinking water “plain”, is not very appealing and can feel like a chore.
Soft drinks is a key reason in obesity since in fact, lots of calories are being taken by liquids.
If you wish to loose weight, it is important to know the proper way for weight Loss Hydration.
Although drinks look “innocent”, many drinks contains more calories than “actual” foods!
Starbucks’ Hot Chocolate, for example, has more fat than a big mac (!), while both having the same amount of calories!
So what is the Best Weight Loss Hydration?
Start by cutting off soft drinks and drink water!
If drinking plain water is not too appealing, you can spice it up!
By adding some simple ingredients like lime, lemon and mint, you can jazz up an ordinary glass of water and keep your body hydrated throughout the day!
Tea is a perfect drink as well: Herbal tea, Green tea, Chamomile tea are great options.
Drinking Chamomile tea after dinner relaxes the usual craving for something sweet.
a DIY option is Fresh lemon & Ginger tea and hot water & Fresh mint. (That’s my favorite drink!)
Note that people tend to over-eat when they are dehydrated to it is important to make sure to drink, especially for a healthy weight loss hydration.
